This cap is constructed of feldgrau wool, with the iconic rayon (artificial silk) lining. It features integrated ear covers, fastened by two pebbled buttons, with one grey painted ventilation grommet on each side. The front is decorated with its original trapezoid Heer insignia. Interestingly, the cockade portion of the insignia appears to have been intentionally cut

Too Tight but It Works
